Privacy Policy

Framewick Motion collects only the information needed to discuss and deliver video editing and post-production work: your name, email address, phone number where provided, company or project name, and the details you share about your material.

Footage and audio you send us is treated as confidential. It is used solely to produce the edit you requested, stored on access-restricted working storage, and never sold, published, or shared with third parties.

Project files and source material are retained for 90 days after final delivery so revisions remain possible, then removed on request or on schedule. You may ask us to delete your material and contact details at any time by writing to contact@framewickmotion.com.

We do not distribute, broadcast, or license client media, and we do not use client footage for promotion without written permission.

Terms of Service

Framewick Motion provides video editing and post-production support services. Our scope includes interview and dialogue editing, branded video finishing, promotional footage assembly, and preparation of multiple video versions for client projects.

🎥 Interview & Dialogue Editing

Editing of interview and conversational video material; synchronisation of individual clips and audio tracks; removal of pauses and preparation of a logical sequence of material.

🏷 Branded Video Finishing

Formatting video in accordance with the client's visual style; adding logos, titles, and informational elements; preparing a consistent look across a series of videos.

🎞 Promotional Footage Assembly

Assembly of client-provided material into finished videos; creation of short presentation and promotional sequences; selection and adjustment of transitions between scenes.

📐 Multi-Version Video Preparation

Creating shortened and extended versions of the same material; changing the aspect ratio and frame composition for different publishing formats; preparing final files to the client's technical specifications.

Services are focused on editing and post-production of client-provided media and do not include broadcasting, streaming operations, media distribution, talent representation, copyright administration, or licensing services.

The client confirms that they hold the necessary rights to all footage, audio, music, logos, and other assets supplied to us, and remains the owner of that material and of the finished edit.

Each project begins with an agreed scope, price, and delivery schedule. Prices listed on this site are starting points; final quotes depend on footage volume, complexity, and the number of versions required. Each project includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes to the original brief are quoted separately.

Delivery timelines start once complete source material and technical requirements have been received. Delays in providing material shift the delivery date accordingly.

Refund Policy

If you cancel a project before work has started, you receive a full refund of any payment made.

If you cancel after editing has begun, the portion of work already completed is invoiced and the remainder is refunded.

Once a final edit has been delivered and approved, the project is considered complete and payment is non-refundable. Issues with the delivered files — technical faults, incorrect specifications, or missed scope items — are corrected at no cost.

Refunds are not issued for changes of direction after approval, for source material that proves unusable, or for delays caused by incomplete footage.
